To place an order in our site
is basically the same process as placing an order from the
United States with the addition of some requirements set by
Canadian customs.
Customs Value of Contents
Declaration. Please note that we declare the full
value of your order on the shipping label. The contents of
your order are described as Nutritional Supplements for
Personal Use.
Import Taxes. You may
be required to pay import taxes if you use UPS. The charges
are separated from your purchase and shipping fees and must
be covered by the customer. Contact your local customs
office for more information.
Import Restrictions to
Canada. Ordering some products may cause some issues
with your local customs authorities as they can seize your
shipment if the product falls into the category of products
not allowed to be imported into Canada. Hoodia is one these
products.
Some other products are only
allowed through your doctor if you want to bring them into
Canada. Some of these products are: Yohimbe, Human Growth
Hormone, Androstenedione, Pregnenolone, DHEA, Acetyl-L-Carnitine,
L-Tryptopahn and any products containing Vitamin K. In
addition to this restrictions, all the other products are
required to be orders for 90 days of usage and no longer. To
determine the order usage, you can check the servings amount
located in the products page. You may ask your doctor to
call the special access program at 1.613.941.2108 to obtain
permission so you can place the order and are able to import
it without issues.
